The science is clear. Climate change is real. Climate change is happening now. Climate change requires immediate and ambitious action to prevent the worst effects it can have on people and wildlife all over the world. We know that the planet has warmed by an average of nearly 1°C in the past century. If we are to prevent the worst effects of climate change, we will have to stop uing focal fules and start using renewable energy. We must also stop illegal deforestation.
Our climate is changing around us faster than predicted. From more frequent and extreme storms to unprecedented heat waves, we’re feeling the impacts of human-caused global warming. But we still have time to change course. We can avoid more dire impacts of climate change by maybe not driving to school maybe walk or turn down your house heating when your away or at home. You could also choose to recycle your recyclable things or reuse something.
Make that change.
